This is the entry portal for the 2021 Tasmanian Open 10000m, Open and Masters 10000m Race Walk, Open, Masters, Under 20, Under 18 and Under 16 Combined Events Championships to be held at the Domain Athletic Centre, Hobart from 9 to 10 January 2021.

The 10000m has been moved to 10 January from 6 February due to the change in date of the Zatopek/Australian 10000m Championship from December to 26 January. Only the Tasmanian Open 10000m championships will be held on 10 January (but masters athletes will be welcome to run) . The Tasmanian Masters 10000m Championships will still be held on 6 February (and open aged AT registered athletes will be welcome to run).

PLEASE NOTE A CHANGE IN ELIGIBILITY from 2021. Athletes who are registered either for all competitions or out of stadium only will be fully eligible for 10000m and 10000m race walk track championship. The entry portal is set up to accept entries for these championships from both registration categories

For this Championship you may enter only one age group - either that applicable to your birth year or Open.

You must use your Athletics Tasmania member log in to enter these Championships. Interstate athletes may also enter.  The entry fee for all athletes for Combined Events is $25; for 10000m and 10000m race walk it is $13. For those entering the TMA 10000m race walk and/or combied events the entry fee is $10.

1. All events shall be conducted in accordance with the rules of World Athletics, Athletics Australia and Athletics Tasmania.
2. Please enter for each event by indicating the appropriate event box and indicating your best performance (if any) since 1 January 2019.
3. Entries will close at 12noon on Friday 8 January, 2021.
4. Late entries will be accepted up to 30 minutes before the advertised starting time of the first events in each age group.
5. An additional Late Entry Fee of $13.00  will apply to ALL entries received after the closing date.
6. Athletes must be full “all year” members of Athletics Tasmania/Tasmanian Masters (or another Member Association of Athletics Australia/Australian Masters) or current AT/LAT dually registered and be under the relevant age as of 31 December 2021. 

7. In order to compete in combined events championships an athlete turn at least 13 years in the year of competition. 
8. In order to compete in 10000 metres championships an athlete turn at least 16 years in the year of competition. 
9. In order to compete in 10000 metres race walk championships an athlete turn at least 14 years on the day of competition.

10. There is no event confirmation procedure for this Championship.
